Stuart has a wealth of experience managing a wide variety of large and complex property claims. Beginning his career as the private lines account handler for a small commercial broker, Stuart joined GAB Robins In 1997 as technical support for the external field adjusters. After less than a year in the role, Stuart had been promoted to an external field adjuster position and quickly became responsible for a large caseload covering all manner of domestic and commercial losses.

After it became apparent that GAB Robins would not be continuing in its’ previous form, Stuart moved into a role as an internal property adjuster at Direct Line Group in 2000. As the role was relatively new and innovative, Stuart was able to help develop and support new team members, quickly establishing himself as a senior member of the team. Stuart spent over a decade with Direct Line, before the opportunity to join Criterion was presented in 2016.

Stuart quickly established himself as a senior member of the Criterion adjusting team, managing a number of large and complex losses and becoming an adjuster of choice for several brokers and insurers within the High-Net-Worth arena. His ability to manage large complex cases, across both the property and cargo sectors, has led to Stuart being instructed on numerous claims both in Europe and further afield.
