Criterion operate a full twenty four hours, seven days a week service. We are therefore able to accept instructions and take immediate action when you or your customers contact us outside of usual business hours on the following number:
We operate in a partnership with Richfords enabling us to provide the following services 24 hours a day 365 days a year:
– National disaster recovery and emergency response
– Emergency building services including plumbers
– Building contractors including High Net Worth specialists
When your customers call our out of hours number they will have access to all of these emergency services but also of course to one of our experienced adjusters. Criterion develop a protocol with insurers using our out of hours service, usually involving telephone reporting at 9am on the next working day but we are happy to notify your key staff out of hours if required.
