Surveys

We undertake a comprehensive pre- and post-loss survey service for both private and commercial properties in order to highlight potential issues of concern regarding all covered perils. Our survey reports include digital photograph images of the proposed Risk Address and any associated buildings and outbuildings. Our recommendations are made following discussions with the clients to ensure that in the event Insurers wish to implement any of our proposals, the client is already aware that this request may be made. Generally, this serves to ensure that the recommendations are implemented willingly and more promptly than would otherwise be the case.
