We operate from offices based in Guildford, London, Croydon, Bath and Chelmsford and as such, we are able to provide a prompt and immediate response to Claims anywhere throughout the United Kingdom. We also frequently travel to Europe to deal with high value claims on behalf of instructing Principals.

In the event of the notification of a loss, our Head Office in Guildford provides the following key functions:

• It acts as a reception point for new instructions.
• It acts as a facility for Claim and information distribution, case monitoring and service standard compliance.
• It acts as a single point of correspondence to Insurers and clients alike for ease of contact.

We retain highly experienced and professional Loss Adjusting and office staff who are courteous and highly motivated. Our office network and area of coverage enables Criterion to deal with Claims throughout the United Kingdom and in Europe promptly.
