We have developed various innovative aspects to our Claims handling procedures, which includes the development of a database of nationwide restorers/repairers, suppliers of luxury goods, specialist antique and objets d’art dealers and retailers in high value electrical equipment. We are currently developing a stolen art and antiques database to aid with the recovery of valuable, stolen objects. If required, we are also able to provide claimants with details of local, specialist building contractors and service suppliers to ensure prompt assistance is available in the event of an emergency.
